My pal Matthew Dunmore (who's link is over to the right there) has inspired me to try another kind of photography. I want to go to downtown Chattanooga and try my hand at some of the things there. Have you guys looked at his photos? They're so fantastic that they make me want to puke! ;) I love nature and I love taking photos of the things that I shoot, but can I do the other stuff? I dunno, but I want to give it a go.
My honey bunches of O's worked all night last night and didn't get home until 5 a.m. this morning. He got back up at 6 a.m. and went back to work. Seriously. So, he didn't get home until almost 7 tonight. He was at the ballfield from 3:30 until Cain got through with practice at 6:45, and yes, I offered to go get Cain but heaven forbid he miss a second of Cain practicing. ;) The point of my story is that he just now went to bed. I don't know how he does it. I sure couldn't.
I might make people mad here, but here goes: You've heard the story of the five year old in Florida that threw a temper-tantrum for a good 30 minutes (all on video) and then the cops came and handcuffed her, right? If you DON'T know that story then go to CNN or something and you'll see it...well, I do not agree with the cops coming and handcuffing her. She's a five-year old child, but what I DO think is that the principal or her teacher should've paddled her rear-end. There is NO sense in a child acting that way and I can honestly say that if that would've been Brooke or Cain that I would've expected them to be paddled and then "I" would've spanked them when they got home. I'm sorry, I know that's not politically correct, but I don't care. If it was too much (these days) for her to be paddled at school then they should've called her mother in to tear her butt up. I just don't believe that there is ANY sense in a child acting like a little brat like that, I don't care HOW old the child is.
Believe it or not, I got LOTS of paddlings in elementary school and I turned out just fine. *twitch* *twitch*

Regarding the child throwing a fit...man, I just paddled my boys' butts in public...now-a-days no one can touch a child! This may be one reason I have not finished my teaching degree.
