Hissing Cockroach

Eeew, and EEEEW! Cain held this big ol' honker of an insect just long enough for me to get a few shots of it. It's a hissing cockroach--and it really does hiss.
I took this at Callaway Gardens, which is south of Atlanta, Georgia. After Cain gave the bug back to the gentleman showing us the bugs, he proceeded to go hug and pat his Daddy's back JUST to *ahem* let him know how much he loved him--NOT to get the bug cooties off his hands. ;)
Yes, I made him go wash his hands. ;)
Just an FYI, I hate roaches, HATE them, but I also feel sorry for them...they can't help that their roaches. :)
