I know that y'all will be thrilled to learn that I am once again on my "no sleep" schedule. I swear to goodness, it's going to be the death of me. I went to bed at a little after 2 and got up at 6:30. GRRR, it makes me SO mad.Today was a great day though. :) For some reason I had a ton of energy. I got up and took my shower, let the dog out and fed her and the rest of my animals. Then I cleaned up my kitchen (I'd love to have a dishwasher), washed clothes and cleaned the rest of my house up. I love it when my house is perfect. :) Of course, you can't tell it now. Cain comes in and strips down to his shorts and where do his clothes go? Wherever they fall. I swear, he's the weirdest kid. You cannot FORCE him to wear shorts in the summer, but come winter you can't get him to dress appropriately for the cold. He's a nutball. :)
Kandi came and picked me up for our photoshoot in Chattanooga. We got there pretty early so we met one of Kandi's friends and we all had lunch at Macaroni Grill. I had traditional lasgna and ohmygoodness, it was divine. I thought their bread sucked butt though--it was awful. Anyway, I was enjoying it SO much, until something I said cracked Kandi up right as she was taking a drink of her tea. Needless to say, she didn't need a Kleenex after she finished laughing--but she DID need a new glass of tea. *gag.* I, in turn, needed a to-go box. Blah, it was gross. :D
The little girl (she was 12) that we shot was absolutely adorable. She was a natural. :) It was a real pleasure working with her and her mom. Sometimes people are stiff and aren't sure what to do when you're photographing them, but she was just a doll and really seemed to enjoy having her photo made. :)
We watched "Into the Blue" when I got home. Marshall and Cain liked it quite a bit, but it didn't hold my attention at all for some reason.
Have a good night.
