It's Baseball Season!

Our high school baseball season started tonight. I was very excited. :) It was in the low 60's so it was pretty comfortable out there. :)

Cain is our school's starting centerfielder. He also pitches for the team. He's also an awesome shortstop but won't try out for it because he loves being in the outfield. I beg him to play centerfield. It would be so much better for photos. :D

We lost pretty bad tonight. I can't remember the exact score but I think it was like 18 to 5. What's sad is that the other team got 15 of those runs in ONE inning. Until then we were beating them 5-0, but our starting pitcher's arm started hurting so he got pulled. Our pitching wasn't so hot after that. :( Oh well, it's the beginning of the season. I'm sure they'll work out the kinks as the season goes on. We have new coaches and they're all pretty young. I'm sure it will all fall into place.
