With Brooke

I had no internet access while in South Georgia so I just made notes every day and I'll add them on each day. :)

Believe it or not, hotels were cheaper on the beach than they were where Brooke lives so we drove on down to the beach. One hotel down there had a manager's special for $49.95 a night (and will continue to run that special for another month or so and if you'd like to know the name of it just shoot me an email) so we stayed there. We played this trip smart because...well, because we're poor. LOL We took our own groceries, didn't eat out, and split the costs.

We spent the day walking along the beach and freezing to death. It was VERY, very cold down there. I so enjoyed getting to see Brooke. She was having an ordeal w/her living arrangements so we got that all taken care of.

I wish that Marshall and Cain could've came but a) Marshall had to work, b) Cain had baseball practice, and c) we couldn't have afforded for all of us to come. I'll be glad when we win the lottery. ;) On the other hand, I didn't have to rush when taking 3 gazillion shots of one shell, so that was nice. :)
