More Mad Than Hurt

Cain had a rough night tonight at our baseball game. He was going for a pop-up (Cain is the centerfielder for our team) and rolled his ankle when he fell in a hole in the outfield. He was SO mad. He didn't even get a chance to bat. His ankle is fine though and he will probably get to play tomorrow.

Today's weather was a drastic change from what we've been having. It was SO cold. While we were playing baseball the temperature was 44 and with the wind chill it was around 40ish. We like to froze to death!

My right eye has been twitching about every hour for the past two days. I know that doesn't sound like that big of a deal, but it's driving me nuts. You could see it if you looked at me; it's jumping that bad. I'm sure you're thrilled to know that but WHAT makes someone's eye do that? It's driving me b-a-n-a-n-a-s. :D

My nephew Jonah got on the phone today and told me that he is playing t-ball now. He's four years old and I'm so excited. I sure hope that we are able to go watch him. I never ever get to see him. He thinks Cain hung the moon and he's crazy about his "Unkie Mawshall" too. He's not so hot about me and Brooke, but he tolerates us quite nicely. :D Anyway, I remember playing t-ball and I loved it. I even played with a broken arm. That was the only time in my life that I was ever good at playing ball. :) I bet Jonah is going to be very athletic. He loves any and all kinds of ball.

My 20th wedding anniversary is next months. TWENTY years. I just can't believe it. It's so weird to actually see that number. I'm 36 and have been married more years than not. :) I'm hoping that we have enough things straightened out by then that we get to do something really nice to celebrate. Keep your fingers crossed for us. :)
