This photo is off-center but I like it anyway. :) This was yesterday at 10:30ish a.m. when the rain started. It got so dark that the street lamp came on. It was great. :) We had a pretty strong storm move through with a lot of lightning. I was a little nervous, but loved it, too.My brother-in-law had surgery today to remove a cyst from his pituitary gland. Y'all please keep him in your prayers. I feel horrible because I had written down that his surgery was next Monday and I didn't find out it was today until a little bit ago. I hope he did ok through the surgery. Bless his heart, he's had a lot of ills.
My good buddy Chrisi came over and visited with me for about four hours. It was great! (Hi Chrisi! *waving*) We talked and talked and had no idea that time had flown by so quickly--she was almost late picking up her hubby from work. We had a wonderful visit and talked about everything under the sun. It was so nice to have a friend come by, too. That rarely ever happens. She also brought me a deeeeeelicious-smelling candle. The scent is "Honey Pear" and it smells divine! Thank you, Chrisi. :)
Marshall is working in LaGrange, Georgia, tonight and I'm trying to sleep all by myself. And by that I mean not having Cain come in here with me. So far I'm doing ok but it's only 11:30ish. :D I think I'll make it. I don't think I've ever slept by myself. My fear goes beyond just scared. I'm terrified to sleep by myself. :( Luckily Marshall will be home tomorrow.

My poor hubby, I was about 2 minutes late picking him up. He had come outside to look for me I guess and got soaked. :o(
He's so sweet, he was just glad that I stopped by to visit with you. :o)
