Happy Birthday, Jonah Bear!

Today is my nephew's 5th birthday. I sure wish I could see him. I took this photo of him when he spent the night with us last month. And of course that's Brooke and my Dad in the photo. We were at Cain's football game and we were freezing our patooties off.

Early this morning I walked across the street with my co-worker, Chrisi, to the coffee shop and somehow I lost my debit card in the process (after I pd. for my muffin). I tore the office up looking for it, and my co-workers helped look for it, too.

I was headed to the bank to cancel my card because it was nowhere to be found and I called and asked Donna if she would call over to the coffee shop to see if maybe the girl stuck my card in the register along with my receipt. LUCKILY, Donna spotted my card on the street underneath a truck. I am SOOOOO thankful she found it (thanks again, Donna!) because I did NOT want to cancel it. :( Yay, what a relief!

I left work 30 minutes early and went and got my hair cut and I love it. :) She chopped it a bit for me and I really like how it looks. Plus I love Hope, the girl that cuts my hair. She's the bombdiggety.

After I left the beauty shop I went and got Cain some tennis shoes for his birthday, which is tomorrow, and then I stopped by Wal-Mart and got him a cake since we aren't going to be able to celebrate his birthday tomorrow. Tomorrow we will be driving 4.5 hours to play in the first round of the playoffs. A-woo-hoo! (c=

Just a tidbit: I have a crush on the Geico caveman. I can't help it. Have you seen the commercials? I LOVE them.
