We left the cabin and stayed gone for a couple of hours, stopping by a little shop with artwork from the locals. We moved right along and headed on over to Anna Ruby Falls. Unfortunately we were only out of the car for a few minutes there because it started raining harder right after we paid our state park fee to get in. Doesn't that just figure? We got out for a little bit and explored but I was afraid my cameras were going to be ruined if I stayed out too long.
We drove on into Helen, which was only about 20 miles from our cabin. Helen is a beautiful little town but we didn't even get out of the car. Hopefully were going to go back sometime in the next few months. I can't wait to go back and take a lot of photos. :)
A couple of Dawnia's buddies came to the cabin last night and we've just been having a grand ol' time. What a way to ring in the new year, huh? I want to be rich so I can do stuff like this all of the time. :)
I'm moving my blog over to WordPress. Or at least, that's the plan. Y'all hang in there with me while I get this completed. :) Have a wonderful new year!
Great is the art of beginning, but greater is the art of ending.

Does wordpress let you integrate with Flickr? Just curious, I was reading a wordpress blog the other day.
It sure does, Val. I love it. :)
