There's No Place Like Home

I enjoy being home so very much. It was so hot out today that I didn't really step foot out of the house, except to sit on the back porch for a while.

Brooke and I worked in her room for a while. I don't know when we'll ever be finished. There's so much junk up there that it seems like there's no end in sight. We'll get there though. I also think I'll do a better job getting rid of things when they're both off to school, mainly because it will give me something to do and I won't be dwelling on the fact that neither of them are here (yeah, right).

Did you know that it's possible that sugarless gum could kill your dog? It's true. Some sugarless gums and candies contain a sweetener called Xylitol that is toxic to dogs. You can read about it HERE and HERE. Be careful if you have anything sugarless around your house.

10 more days until Cain has to report at Union. :( We are going shopping tomorrow to get the things that he is going to need to take with him. We have a very busy week next week so we're trying to get everything done this week. Fun, fun!

Night.

Coco mulch beans are toxic to dogs too, so be careful if you have them in your garden!
They won't put a label on them either!
I lost my Xena dog to coco mulch.

You have a great day!

xylitol is toxic (well not deadly - it will just cause brain damage) for Samuel too! because of the pku.
