We Won!

Cain's (in the black uniform) team beat Malone today for the first time since 1994. We won 35-28 and it was a terrific game.

We got to the field at 11 a.m. to tailgate with the other parents. We had a terrific time. It was really nice meeting everyone and I can't wait to tailgate for each of the games. What fun! The sun was out in full force and it was almost miserable being out on the bleachers once the game started though. Luckily there was a breeze blowing every now and then so it made things a little better.

After the game Cain and Jake wanted to go to the Italian restaurant (which was fine by me!) so we got cleaned up and headed there. It was just as good as last time. Mmm Mmm! We went back to the hotel and Jake and Cain left to go hang out with some of the other football players so Marshall and I are sitting here watching Auburn and Mississippi State (the game is boring me to tears, too).

I am so sleepy that I'm about to hit the hay. I think the sun just absolutely drains me. For some reason my computer isn't picking up the internet here so you'll just have to wait for this post. I bet you're very sad, huh? ;)
