Tonight the visitation for my cousin began at the funeral home. Besides his 4 siblings, no one else in my entire family came besides me, my mom, my ex-SIL, my nephew, & one cousin. I couldn't believe it. Where was everyone? It made me quite sad. :( There were still tons of folks there to share their memories of him with us, but I still couldn't believe that none of my family showed up. How horribly sad.
I decided to hit the road tomorrow after the funeral to go see my Brooke. I haven't seen her or Chad since before Christmas & I can't wait to spend some time with them. I know it will do my heart good.
