Cleaning & Cleaning Some More

Here's one of our towel critters from the cruise.  This one was an elephant and was pretty cute. :)

I'm still trying to get the housework caught up. Everything is so dusty. I guess that's what you get when you live in an almost-70-year old house and are gone for almost two weeks.

My grandmother Ruth would've been 89 today. I can't believe she has been gone for almost 6 years now.  I still miss her as much as I did when she passed away. I guess one never gets over losing a grandparent, especially one as precious as her. She was my everything (minus the kids and hubby, of course).

Happy Birthday, Granny. I love you. And I'm sure you're sitting in Heaven reading my blog right now. :)
