Joined Curves

I forgot I had this picture of Cain. I took it in 2010. Precious angel.

I joined Curves today. I'm very excited about it. Right now. ;)  I always lose interest in most things I start (I'm just being honest here) but FOR THE LOVE OF PETE I hope I stick with this!

While I was signing up with Curves Cain called me. When I finished up and saw that I missed his call I called him back. He was at the vet with Titan who was bleeding profusely (read: like a stuck pig) out of his face. Cain got home and found him that way. I asked Cain to call me when he got home with Titan to let me know what they found out.

We weren't sure if he had been shot (even though he's in a fenced-in yard and is just a sweet, big, precious goofy Lab). We didn't know if he had been bitten or what happened, but Cain eventually realized that he had ran slap into Cain's parked truck and busted a headlight with his face.

Cain has an old Chevy S10 that he uses for hauling and whatnot. It's parked in the fenced yard because he doesn't drive it too often. It has been parked there for several weeks. I'm not sure what Titan was doing that he could slam that hard into a truck. He must've been chasing a squirrel. He ripped through a main vein running through his face and was literally pouring blood. Thankfully Cain got him to the vet in time. He is going to be fine, and I'm going to babysit him tomorrow to make sure he doesn't scratch his stitches out while Cain and Ashley are at work.

Poor buddy, he needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap.
