Today I did my second Couch To 5K run and boy howdy, I sure was in pain. I think it was because it was 24 degrees when I started my run. It just made me very out of breath and it made my chest hurt a bit. I'm sure it was from sucking in all that cold air.
I still completed my run. That's the important thing, right? :)

yes more than likely...but when that happens...slow down! pace yourself so you don't get hurt!
