Today I ran errands and walked with my doggies. I really, really, really, reallllllllllllllllly want to start exercising again. It's amazing how wonderful I feel after I do, but I never stick with anything. :(
I'm thinking about joining Weight Watchers. I haven't made my mind up about that yet. I have a lot of buddies who have had great success with it. :)

Walking is so health for you and the dogs!
I try and do it every day I am off from work!
You can do it, it becomes habit after a while!
