This is my only warbler that has visited here at the new house. I was really hoping for some Yellow-rumped Warblers but I didn't get any this year. This one will be gone before long, headed back north. I sure will miss his pretty, bright color.
I ran for five solid minutes today. I know that doesn't sound impressive but it sure is for me. I ran five minutes, then walked, ran three minutes, then walked, ran five minutes and then cooled down. I had to stop for about 30 seconds or so on the last five-minute run, but I started again and finished it. I also got pretty sick afterwards but I'm glad that I finished.
