Belated

That is a female Red-Breasted Grosbeak. Isn't she pretty?

Today I spent the whole day with my good buddy, Kandi. We met and had a reflexology foot massage for one. whole. hour. It felt amazing. It also helped clear my sinuses for a bit which totally blew me away. Who knew that touching an area on your foot could make another part of your body feel great!

After our massages we went to lunch at Olive Garden, did a bit of shopping (and by that I mean I bought laundry detergent), & then went to  see Iron Man 3, which was fantastic. It's probably my favorite of the three movies.

I had a great time with my buddy. I don't get to see her too often since we've moved. She is a full-time caretaker for her mother who has Alzheimer's so she doesn't get to get out too often. I was very thankful for today.

After the movie we went our separate ways and I met my husband, my son, and his fiancee' in another part of Chattanooga and we had supper. Now hubby and I are just relaxing and watching some TV. It's supposed to rain all weekend so we're totally bummed about that. :(
