Killer Crossfit


Crossfit class this morning: Run 400 meters, 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, Run 1 mile. CHECK! All before 7 a.m. This was a rough, rough, ROUGH one, but I finished. That's what counts, right?

I Followed my hubby down the mtn. so he could drop his truck off at the garage & he stopped and got a turtle out of the middle of the road. Could he be any more dreamy? :)
