Nappy Nap

This is an Eastern Towhee (male) that we saw at Mt. Jefferson State Natural Area in N.C. He was just singing his little heart out.

I took a good power nap today. It lasted for about 45 minutes. I tell you, I always feel so much better after a power nap. It's funny what 45 minutes of sleep can do for a person.

Tomorrow is my surgery. I'm having to have serious work done on three teeth and I'll be put to sleep. I'm a nervous wreck. Say a prayer for me!
