The sky was beautiful yesterday.
Finished before 6:30: 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups (on my knees), & 300 squats. My goal for the rest of the day is to hold anything I eat down. Whew. I'm feeling all yucky. But what a great workout, huh?
I forgot to mention that the day before yesterday we had a beautiful garter snake slithering around the house. Then yesterday I saw a beautiful hawk take off with that beautiful garter snake. Bummer, huh?
Today there was a chicken snake slithering around. I hope he doesn't attract the attention of the hawk. :)
