Lula Lake

Neak Neak
Today Kandi and I went to Lula Lake on the mountain (Lookout). It is so beautiful there. I can't believe that I grew up on that mountain and never went to the lake. Of course, it is private property and has been closed for decades. The person there giving information about the place said they closed the property off to visitors because a football player for the Tennessee Volunteers jumped off a small cliff into the water there and it killed him. Of course, people still snuck in from time to time.

Anyway, if you live around the area I highly suggest going there. I'll post photos from it tomorrow.

Oh, and the photo above is of my kitty, Neak Neak. She is almost 7 and is quite the little grouch. She fits in nicely with my family. ;)
