A Three-Hour Tour

Marshall left at 4 a.m. yesterday morning and headed to Virginia. He and his co-worker got to Fredericksburg, did the work, and turned around and started heading back home. It's a 10-hour drive one-way so basically they drove 20 hours out of about 30 hours. That's insane. Anyway, he made it home in time for us to head to Cain's football game tonight at Monticello, which is a little over three hours from here. Woo hoo!

I hope Cain has a good game and doesn't get his block knocked off. Lately I've considered legally changing his name to Captain Concussion. He's had some rough hits to his noggin' this year. It makes me a nervous wreck.

Monticello is only a couple of hours from where Brooke is but unfortunately we won't get to drive on down to see her. :( Hopefully in a couple of weeks we'll get to head on down that way.

Well, I need to go get ready. Have a great Friday, everyone!
