Oh What Fun!

My friend Kandi came over and took me to see a movie and out to eat for my birthday. We went to see "Failure to Launch" which was really cute, and you know, it's Matthew McConaughy on the big screen so that's always good. :)

We hung out at Panera Bread and did some work while we waited for our photo club meeting to start. The meeting was pretty interesting, with Charles Needle as the guest speaker. I was really interested in what tips he would give, as he specializes in macro photography. I rather enjoyed him. He has a lot of good equipment, too; top of the line stuff. Unfortunately it was *spit* Nikon *spit* equipment. ;D I'm certain his photos would be better if he used Canon cameras. ;)

I don't know if any of you watch "The Shield," but daaaaaaaaaaaaaang, what a way to end the season! :(
