After The Storm

Well, our storm wasn't as dramatic as we thought it would be, thank goodness. I stayed up until about 3:30 just to keep an eye on things. We had quite a lightning storm and eventually got some rough wind and some pebble-sized hail but nothing that horrible.

I got up this morning and went out to see if there was any damange in the yard and the worst thing that happened was lots of my blooms are knocked off of my flower bushes. :(

I cooked out burgers on the grill today and as SOON as I got the burgers on, it started raining. It rained the whole time I was cooking out and would you believe that as SOON as I pulled the last burger off the grill it stopped raining? I was so mad.

We didn't do much of anything today. We walked around in the yard and looked at all of our flowers and that was basically it. Marshall hasn't actually been home on a Saturday in forever so he really enjoyed just being here.
