With Apologies to Eric & Kandi

Seriously, how cute is this little gal? Cain spotted her on the hood of Marshall's truck and came in to let me know. I took lots of shots of her but came in to find that somehow one of the settings on my camera had been changed and all of the photos were super-small. :( Anyway, I think she's cute. :)

Today was beautiful and I'm so happy that it's fall. The weather is perfect. It's time for fall festivals and I'm very excited. We stayed outside just about all day. Marshall and Touk washed the cars and I played with the puppies and got all of the clothes washed. I made some homemade chili for my boys and straightened the kitchen up. I raked the front yard and set my mums out that I got from Granny's funeral. The front yard looks beautiful. I need to weed a couple of the areas but otherwise it looks great.

Think my crazy if you want, (most people do--hee hee) but I could smell my grandmother's wonderful soft scent around me today. I KNOW that sounds ABSOLUTELY insane but I could. It doesn't matter if it's wishful thinking or not; her scent was all around me two or three times today, and who's to say it isn't real? It made me feel great and that's what matters. (Brooke, stop shaking your head). :)

I hope you were able to be outside to enjoy your day today. I know I sure did. Posted by Picasa

Seems you've gone through alot of ups and downs this week. Yes you can smell your grandma~! I still hear my dad and fil giving me advice. Dad whenever I pick up a camera, and Lonnie whenever I do anything he would have deemed 'funny'...
I enjoyed my fall day immensly!
