This morning we got up and got ready and headed out to the mountain to have Christmas breakfast with the Penningtons. This year we had it at my cousin Jamie's house and we had a great time. He and his wife, Ann Marie, have a beautiful home. Not everyone got to come, we were missing quite a few people, but here is some of us:
After the party, Marshall headed home to take care of Cain and Brooke and I stopped by Dad's house (which is just right down the road) to get my Santa print that he gave me for Christmas. It's SO beautiful. :) We ran a couple of errands and headed home. I cleaned out my car when I got home. You just can't imagine how much it needed it. I HATE having clutter in my car and rarely do, but I had not cleaned it out since football season and there were stadium seats and all the things that go with football in there. It looks great, now I just have to vacuum it. And wash it. And wax it.
Brooke went out w/her friend Shai. I was hoping that tonight could've been a family night and I was HOPING to go see all the Christmas lights but since Cain is sick, my plans got put on the backburner. :(
Today was a beautiful day. It was very warm, in the lower 70's I believe. I hate it. LOL I do NOT want warm weather near Christmas, it's just ridiculous. I did enjoy the day though. Hope you did, too.
