No Major Storms

Well at least SOMETHING in my yard is blooming. :) I love my dogwood trees. I want a pink one. I hope I can talk honey into getting one for me. I also would like a cherry tree. The blooms are so beautiful.

It's a little after 3 p.m. and there are storms (and good ones!) all around us but none have hit here. I'm disappointed about that. Every time we're due to get a good storm they hit all around us but never here. I love to hear thunder rolling and I think it has thundered about four times. Wow. Woo hoo.

Today is the first day I've been home all week and I sure have enjoyed it. I haven't done a thing either except clean the bathroom and dust the kitchen table. I have a ton of household chores to do but I'm taking it easy today. If anyone were to come here I'd just die because the house is a mess, but it'll be ok. I'll clean tomorrow. :)

Something has happened to Lucy's left eye. It has a popped blood vessel or something. I called the vet and he said I could get some Murine (artificial tears) and try that and if didn't work that I could bring her in tomorrow and have her looked at. I noticed lately that she's been rubbing her face a lot so she must've somehow poked something in it. It looks awful, bless her heart.

She has been a little trooper all week. She's had to sit in her crate for the most part while I helped Kandi. That's another reason I was glad to stay home today: so she wouldn't have to be cooped up. I love her so much, have I told y'all that? ;)

I hope Lucy goosy's eye is better! It could be allergies.....ask your vet....we give benadril to one of the cats because of his allergies (his belly is completely bare now because of his allergies...)...we just can't give it to him every day, but it helps. Never hurts to ask the vet.

No experience with dogs though.
