I wish I hadn't read this story this morning. I'm sure you'll thank me for passing it on to you. :( Seriously, this is SO sad. :(

So yesterday, as you probably gathered from reading my blog, I had a bad day. I'm better today. I think. :) Of course, I meant what I said in it, but I'm of the belief that you keep all the bad things inside, so it felt weird to spew it all out here.
I don't have much to say today. I'm hoping that my hubby and I will get to do a bit of exploring today. We were getting set to go get some parts and do some other things he needs to handle for his company, and then he got called out on a job. He said it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours so hopefully by the time I get my chores finished, he will be back.
It's back to being hot again. It's supposed to be around 92 today. I hope we get some rain from Tropical Storm Faye. We sure need it.
Check out this video: OUCH, by the way: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/26311266#26311266
My daughter was talking on the phone with me earlier today and was getting ready to clean out her fish bowl. I heard her say, "Ooooooh no!" She realized her fish was dead. She just started boo-hooing.
She has had this beta fish for right at three years (which is about their lifespan). Had he made it to October it would've been three years that she had it. She bought him when she began her freshman year at college.
When this child would come home for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and even three-day weekends, she would load him up in a special little bowl and bring him with her. The bowl would sit in the cupholder in her car. LOL! She wouldn't let her roommates feed him, and wouldn't leave him there with one of those weekend feeders. She LOVED that fish. Shoot, when Cain graduated and we all went on vacation, guess who came with us, too? :D
I have to admit, it sure makes me sad that he's gone, too.
:) Night

The Brooke fish story is so sweet yet funny! I can just see her with him in the car. Going into get gas, not wanting to let him boil, taking him with her. Or if it were me, I'd accidentally pick him up and drink him.
I didn't look at the story. Your photo "Always Kiss Me Goodnight" made me sad enough. Always in the night, always in the morning it was. That sign reminded me.
I love you!
I can't wait to kiss Rowan goodnight.
Have I mentioned I hate word verification?
What a sweet little sign.
We had a fish bite the dust too... we have not had it for 3 years though... Not even 3 weeks. :S
Have a great day friend.
Love,
Chas
