We're Off

Well, we've been up for some time this morning, just laying in bed listening to the rain falling and the breeze blowing. Talk about wonderful! We need that rain so much, too.

I'm waiting for honey to get back from dropping Hopper (our SWEET dog) off at the kennel. We'd love to take her with us but she doesn't travel well AT ALL. We can barely get out of the driveway before she's getting sick in the car and I ain't kiddin'! I'm doing a couple of invoices for him and then we're headed out for our mini-vacation. We have a couple of friends staying at the house to take care of the cats so everything is in place.

I'm almost certain that I'm not going to have internet service at our hotel so this might be the last post for a few days. Have a good rest of the week!
