Humphrey

I spent the day with my Mom and we went over to my aunt's house and spent just about all day with her. We had a lot of fun and I'm glad that I went.

My aunt told me about a lady who had free Shih Tzu/Japanese Chin puppies (Ja Tzu's - that's what they are called). My aunt already has one of the lady's pups (it's a little over a year old), and was going to pick a new one up that evening. She called the lady to see if she had any puppies left and sure enough, she had one puppy left so I got it for Brooke.

I came home (instead of spending the night with mom and my aunt) because otherwise I would've had to get up at 5 in the morning to get home so we could head to Cain's ballgame (an away game). I also wanted to get Brooke's puppy to her and she promptly named him Humphrey. I don't know WHY she named him that, but she did. Anyway, he's adorable.

And Lucy hates him.

H-A-T-E-S him.

I sure hope she comes around. It's breaking my heart. She's acting like we betrayed her or something. :(

Maybe she'll enjoy him before long.
