Brooke is a tree-hugger. :)
I'm sore, as predicted, from walking to the bottom of the Canyon yesterday. This pain is worth it though. I'm really tired of being a fatty-fatty-two-by-four (even though I can still get through the kitchen door, which is part of the problem).
Tonight I took River to her first obedience class. I'd say she did well. Brooke gave her a D, although I'm certain she at least deserves a C. She did bark and growl at some of the other dogs, but hopefully she'll be over that by the end of this course.
I'm back at the campground now and just relaxing. My legs still aren't very happy with me. :) No pain, no gain!
