Baseball & Sunshine

This is an Io moth. It was so beautifully colored but I wish I could've got a better shot of it.

I was very encouraged yesterday when I went to see my Dad before Cain's ballgame. He looked pink instead of translucent and he was sitting up eating some salad when I got there. The doctors tell us he's still not out of the woods, but he IS doing better. :)

Cain is playing for two teams this summer in baseball. Last night he played for the school's recreation team and we won 15-0. I was glad that it was over in three innings because I was really tired. Today we played two games and lost them both. I wish we would've won at least one of them. I was glad to get out of the sun though. It was so extremely hot. I am burnt yet again and it doesn't feel too good.

I finally conked out last night when we got home from Cain's ballgame. I just couldn't hold my eyes open any longer. I fell alseep almost as soon as my head hit the pillow and only woke up a few times during the night. Cain slept in here with me so I could actually get some rest since Marshall isn't here. I was very thankful to him for doing that. Marshall is home tonight--finally. :)

Have a beautiful night!
