My Coworkers Are Crazy

I work with the goofiest bunch of folks you've ever seen. :) We had so much fun today. Well, I did anyway. Honestly though, they're all nutballs, just like me, so it's great. I don't know WHAT was wrong with us all today but we were cuh-razy. We all especially enjoyed Chrisi's chair issues. (c= Her chair was making a horrible squeaking noise so she "fixed" it with WD-40 and now it sounds like she's passing gas every time she sits down. And I don't just mean a little toot, I mean Jeff Daniels in Dumb & Dumber gas. :)

It has been raining ALL day. There were assurances of thunder and lightning, but that never happened. I was sore disappointed. :(

Have you heard what OJ Simpson is doing? I have never been so absolutely disgusted in my life. If you HAVEN'T heard, then click HERE and read about it. You'll be sick, too. The rotten jerk.

Here's a yummy turkey or chicken recipe I received. Hope you like it. (c=

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken or turkey
1 large lemon, cut into halves
sprig of rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
butter or olive oil, whichever you prefer

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Rub butter or oil over the skin of the chicken/turkey until it is completely coated.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and any other seasonings you prefer.

Take a knife and gently separate the skin from the breast meat; slide lemon halves under the skin with the peel side up, one on each side. This way the juice from the lemon will release into the breasts.

Place sprig of rosemary into the chicken/turkey.

Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes. Remove cover and continue to roast basting every 15-20 minutes.

If you've followed these steps correctly, your chicken/turkey should look like the one in the picture.

Hee hee! How cute is that?

I saw the headline and clicked over to see what the hoopla was about. I feel that he doesn't deserve a penny of any royalties that book may get. All of it needs to go to his children or somewhere else, but he doesn't deserve to get squat to put in his pocket.

He still owes the Goldman family a ton of money. Any money from the book should go to them.
