It started snowing on us as we were on the interstate passing Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga. I was so excited because we had already heard that it was snowing hard in our hometown. We couldn't wait to get home. It's almost 9:30 and it's still snowing here. We have about a half inch to an inch on the ground, but it should be gone by morning. :(
When I can, I want to tell you about something that God has worked through me. I don't even know how to begin to tell a story like this, but I want to wait so that I can do it justice.
Cain just got home from Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky for his first official visit. He really, really liked the school. It's not too far from us either so if he plays there we should be able to attend all of his games. Ok, ok, to be honest, if he played in California I can guarantee we'd still make all his games.
I'm going to visit and then hit the hay. Oh! Speaking of hitting the hay, guess what I did last night?! I slept. I actually slept! I woke up a few times but was able to go right back to sleep. We slept in a king size bed last night and you wouldn't have known it because Marshall was still sleeping like we were in a twin bed. I'm not complaining but you'd think Marshall was surgically attached to me at night. Seriously, I don't mind it, in fact I prefer it, but I DO wonder sometimes if it hinders my sleeping because um, he snores like something you've never heard before. Anyway, last night I still slept. Ah, glorious! I had forgotten how good it feels to sleep (no lie).
Night.

Hey sleep is a good thing! Now I am surprised that you didn't stay up all night to watch the snow!
We are getting plenty today. Shall I send you a 'care' package of snow?
I think it would melt...
:-(
