Headed Home

Here's Cain and his girlfriend, Ashley. They both had to force those smiles--they were pretty sad about having to be separated since Cain's back at school now.

We had a nice trip home. I'm so thankful that he's not that far away. AND the drive is beautiful so that makes it a pretty enjoyable trip.

Marshall and I watched Valkyrie when we got home. It was a terrific movie, pretty powerful and horribly sad. Brooke spent the night with Marshall's parents so we had a nice, quiet home alone.

Glad to be home. I have a lot of stuff I plan on getting started on in the upcoming weeks. I'm SO ready for fall. Football starts on Sept. 5. Yay!
