Lovin' It

This picture isn't perfect but I love it anyway. :) I LOVE it. We had so much fun tonight, playing cards by the lantern. I can't even begin to tell you how good just even ONE night out in this wonderful nature has been for me. I really needed this.

We got up early this morning and headed to Cades Cove. Unfortunately there was a rock slide that blocked the main way there from where we are staying. We had to take a detour to get there but we got to travel through beautiful country.

It has been such a wonderful day. I'm so excited and so happy here. I've always loved the Smoky Mtns. and now Marshall and I both have the camping bug. We LOVE our tent. We both slept very well. We brought our queen size air mattress but we think we're just going to get cots instead.

The jarflies sounded so great last night. It was like music to my ears. Marshall doesn't agree on that so much but he still slept like a baby.
